Yes. You can have your order shipped to a UPS or FedEx mail center by entering the pickup location’s address at checkout.
Once your package arrives, please contact the mail center promptly and pick it up on time to avoid delays or returns. We also recommend letting us know, so we can follow up and ensure your delivery goes smoothly.

For a blonde wig, gently brush the hair with a soft brush or wide-tooth comb to remove tangles and keep it neat. Avoid excessive heat unless the wig is specifically designed to be heat-resistant. When storing your doll, keep the hair clean, dry, and loosely arranged rather than tightly folded or compressed.

If the wig needs cleaning, use a mild shampoo or a product made specifically for wigs. For implanted hair, handle the hair gently and follow the care instructions provided with your doll.

With regular, gentle care, blonde hair can stay clean, smooth, and looking its best for longer.

Yes, all packages are delivered in discreet packaging, there is no specific sign or labeling on the box that reveals the doll inside. If you do not want to receive the order at your home, we can send it to a FedEx/UPS store and you can pick it up there at your convenience.
