Yes, all packages are delivered in discreet packaging, there is no specific sign or labeling on the box that reveals the doll inside. If you do not want to receive the order at your home, we can send it to a FedEx/UPS store and you can pick it up there at your convenience.

Simply put shipping address as The UPS Store address and leave a note for it. It will be easier for us if you can put UPS access point or UPS Store in shipping address. Same for FedEx.
Yes, we can currently ship to Mexico, but only for custom products, and there will be no customs duties. Unfortunately, our in-stock products are temporarily unavailable for shipping to Mexico.

Yes, you can make changes to your custom order if it hasn't yet been produced. However, once production has started, the order cannot be modified. For in-stock items, changes can be made before they are shipped. Once an in-stock item has been shipped, no changes can be made. If you need to adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our Customer Service team at service@yeloly.com to confirm the process.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Likewise, custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
We recommend inspecting your doll within 24 hours of receiving the package. If you notice any quality issues, please contact us promptly. It's recommended to document the exterior packaging with photos or videos upon receipt.
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or the item has been used. Our top priority is to ensure cleanliness and product integrity for all customers. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of any issues with the order.
