However, due to domestic import laws, we are unable to ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, African countries, Brazil, and Moldova.

Customs Duties and Taxes

In some countries, import taxes may be required upon delivery. These typically range around $100 to $150, depending on the doll and local regulations. As the buyer, you are responsible for these fees. However, Yeloly is here to assist you throughout the process to make it as smooth as possible.

Countries with No Import Fees:

USA: No import taxes or fees.
Europe: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain are tariff-free.
Asia: Countries like Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore are exempt from import duties.

Additional Import Taxes and Fees May Apply

For customers in Canada (CAN), Norway (NOR), Switzerland (CH), Australia (AUS), South Africa (SA), and certain other countries, we’re happy to share up to 50% of the duty fees with you. We’ll also take care of the communication with customs to make the process hassle-free.

Tracking Number

We will send you a tracking number to your email after the package has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your order tracking in case something goes wrong with it before it is delivered(eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.) till it is delivered.

Check and Accept Your Package

You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from outside. If you find any damage, take some pictures or videos. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the product is damaged while shipping.
