Quality Assurance

First, once Yeloly semi-finished unpainted products will be detached from the sex doll mold, our team inspects the skeleton for stability and flexibility, as well as the overall silicone canning integrity of the sex doll body. Products found to be defective will be immediately scrapped.

Next, we focus on on checking the neatness of the product, checking for any rough or uneven edges. If imperfections are found, the doll is sent back to the workshop for further trimming and cleaning.

Then, we carefully examine the accuracy of the body painting — including veins, freckles, and skin tone details. Dolls that do not meet our painting standards are remade from scratch.

Finally, our staff performs a full inspection of every detail, including makeup, outer skin, and internal tunnels, and removes any debris left during production. Once the doll passes this final check, it is carefully packed and prepared for shipping.
