For products available in our US or EU warehouses:

Custom-Made Products

If your selected product is unavailable in the local warehouse or is marked as a custom order, it will be prepared at our factory in China.

6. Receiving Your Package

When your package arrives, we recommend checking the outer carton and its contents as soon as possible.

To help us resolve any delivery issues efficiently:

1. Check the package for visible damage before opening it.

2. If the carton is damaged, take clear photos or a video of the packaging.

3. Open the package and check that all items are included and in good condition.

4. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact our customer service team with your order number and supporting photos or videos.

• Have your sex doll lie down or sit in an empty bathtub and have a thick absorbent towel under her bottom.
