First, Yeloly has upgraded the lightweight inner core material. By releasing excess air trapped inside the core, it bonds more tightly with the outer silicone skin, effectively eliminating common industry issues such as skin separation and surface bulging. At the same time, the new-generation core material is significantly softer, addressing the stiffness often found in traditional lightweight designs and bringing the overall touch much closer to that of real human skin.

Second, the lightweight inner core is produced using independent molds, rather than being cast together with the outer silicone layer. This manufacturing process ensures consistent silicone thickness and resolves uneven skin distribution, resulting in a more natural and stable appearance and feel. For the heating system, Yeloly uses heating pads instead of traditional heating wires, providing more even, safer warmth and a noticeably improved user experience.

In addition, Yeloly has repeatedly tested and optimized the foamed inner structures at joint and bending areas. These improvements allow the doll to maintain elasticity and durability even with frequent repositioning, significantly extending the product’s overall lifespan.

It is important to note that although weight reduction slightly reduces the amount of silicone used, the process itself is highly complex and technically demanding. The lightweight inner core requires separate mold development and independent production, meaning manufacturing costs are not significantly reduced.
