After you place the order, please pay attention to the relevant logistics information. If you have special requirements for receiving the goods, please inform the customer service staff of the store where you made the purchase.

When you sign for the express package, please confirm that the package is complete. If in doubt, please take a picture and contact the customer service.

Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please do not use it and contact us immediately by sending your order ID, product pictures or video to our customer service: [email protected].

Order cancellation:
Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping. We will deduct 5% of your order amount as a bank and online payment platform transaction fee.

In-Stock Doll Order Cancellations

In-stock products are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If you cancel your order within this 24-hour window, Yeloly guarantees a refund of 95% of the total order amount. A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.

*Please note: Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

Customized Doll Order Cancellation
Customized sex dolls are typically completed and shipped within one week. Customers have the right to cancel their orders within the following timeframes:

Within 12 hours of purchase:
Yeloly guarantees a refund of 95% of the total order amount.
Please note: A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.

Within 24 hours of purchase:
Depending on the production progress, Yeloly will refund 80% of the total order amount.
*Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

Products return:
Customers may return Yeloly products if the items are unopened and unused within 15 days of purchase. Under these circumstances, customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs and transaction fees.

*Please note: The return period expires 15 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.

Return Processing Time:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
PayPal: 7 business days

Once Yeloly receives the returned item and confirms it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund or explore other possible solutions to address the situation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Important: Return and refund requests that are not pre-approved by our Customer Service team will not be processed.
