How do I use my VIP rewards?

Redeem via the VIP Quick Access Icon
This is the quickest way to check your points and claim coupons—no need to hop between multiple pages.
1. Open the VIP portal: Spot the "gift icon" in the bottom left corner of the Yeloly website, then click it to bring up the VIP panel.
2. Sign up or log in: New Yeloly VIP users, hit the "Join now" button to set up an account. Existing members can just click "Sign in" to access their account.
3. Enter your account details: Follow the on-screen prompts to plug in your registered email, password, or any other required info. Hit "Create An Account" (for new users) or "Sign In" (for existing members) to keep going.
4. Manage VIP Information: After logging in, click the same gift icon again to open your VIP control panel. Here, you can view your real-time points balance, browse available coupon options, and even share your referral link with friends to earn extra points.
5. Click on Ways to redeem: If you have enough points to redeem a reward, a "Redeem" button will appear on the page; click this button.
6. After "Redeem": You will be redirected to a page displaying the coupon code and an "Apply Code" button. Clicking this button will automatically apply the coupon code at checkout.
7. Use it during shopping: Enter the discount code in the shopping cart step.
